This companion to the Taliesin sock is inspired by the Prairie school of architecture founded by Frank Lloyd Wright. The shawlette is worked from the center of the neck downward and has a beginning stockinette portion that is easy and fun for when you are out in your knit group, and then, just when you can’t take any more stockinette, along comes the lace portion for a bit of interest.

This pattern was part of the Art & Sole sock club which is now ended.
