From Interweave Knits, Spring 2006:

Veronik Avery intends this tunic to work as an accessory as well as a piece of clothing.  The lace pattern - intentionally simply - allows the color of an underlayer to peel through.  The twisted straps, which thread through casings, can be replaced by leather cord, I-cord, or any material that will fit through the openings.  If you'd like to belt in the tunic, Veronik offers instructions for making a matching corded tie.

Finished Size: 33 (36½, 39½, 42¾, 45¾, 49¼)” (84 [92.5, 100.5, 108.5, 116, 125] cm) bust circumference. Sweater shown measures 36½” (92.5 cm).
