This pattern is one of my March for Science designs. It features my artistic rendering of the four forms of precipitation: rain, snow, sleet, and hail. This would be great for a meteorologist.

This is part of my March for Science ebook with several other science designs including the original Resistor Hat.

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. I knit very loosely, so if you are a tighter knitter, you may have to go up several needle sizes to obtain the gauge.

Please join us in the “March for Science - Official Knitting group” here on Ravelry and the “March for Science knitting and crafting group” on Facebook to learn more about the intersection of science and knitting. Since the march, we have shifted our focus to science outreach and knitting outreach, but we continue to share science knit designs.

Let me know if you have any questions!
