Preemie 7 is a little set for a preterm baby; it is knit using a baby yarn i.e. fingering either light fingering yarn. Measurements fit a premature baby born at 30-34 weeks’ gestation or weighing about 4 to 5.5 lb (1.8 to 2.5 kg) - data provided as guidelines only. Measurements are a little bit larger than those of my other patterns Preemie 1, 3, 5 and 6;

Nota - This pattern includes the instructions for the booties only. The little hat is Baby hat with a swirl on top. I knit it using US 2½ – 3.0 mm needles and the same yarns.

Preemie 7 est un petit ensemble pour prématuré. Il se tricote dans une laine layette, et les dimensions conviennent à un prématuré d’environ 32-34 semaines d’âge gestationnel (2 kg/2,5 kg) - données à titre indicatif. Il est un peu plus grand que mes autres modèles Preemie 1, 3, 5 et 6.

NB - Ce patron ne donne que les explications pour les chaussons. Le modèle du bonnet est Baby hat with a swirl on top; je l’ai tricoté dans es mêmes laines, mais en 3.
