I describe 3 versions of a quick to make preemie beanie with a ribbed brim

They are worked in the round, size depends on the flat circle measurement that is given in the pattern

• 2 options for 4-5 pound preemie 1 option for 5.5 - 6 pound preemie

I have used 3.5 mm hook and a small bit (20-30 grams?) DK yarn (11 WPI)
You can substitute yarn and hook to create same flat circle size

These hats can be made in about 30 minutes and are great for charity. ( please check local requirements for yarn, colors and sizes)
