Crescent shaped shawl knit from the neck down starting with an easy garter stitch tab and increasing 6 stitches each right side row. This was inspired by the primulas which grow in our garden in the spring. The nupp-filled border pattern is based on the Silvia pattern from Haapsalu Sall. The shawl can be made larger or smaller by working additional (or fewer) repeats of this Silvia border. Two different edging charts are provided. The larger one includes optional beads. Nupps can be substituted with beads, if desired.

errata: the - indicates a purl stitch. This is missing from the legend on chart 5.
