I love the ruffly look of this skirt and like the fact that it has the panties included in the pattern.

For smaller size I used just over 1 skein of Red Heart Gumdrop. 2 Skeins for larger sizes. Yarn needle needed for weaving in the ends
Ribbon for weaving around the waist line.

Any worsted weight size 4 yarn should work.
