Lacy vines zigzag the length of this reversible scarf.
Gently curving columns of double knitting travel along the vines, creating neat edges & separating the two panels of lace. An eyelet picot graces both ends.

The scarf starts with picot cast-on worked with yarnovers and knit cast-on. The body is worked in 2 or 3 lace panels separated by 4 sts worked in double knitting. The picot bindoff is worked with yarnovers and a regular bindoff. You can leave the scarf unblocked for a very textured look (see green scarf in photos).

Scarf with 2 lace panels is 6” wide and 72” long (blocked).
Scarf with 3 lace panels is 8” wide and 58” long (unblocked).

Skills used are standard decreases, chart reading, knit cast-on.
