This adorable prosperity bunny amigurumi wearing a lion dance cape is definitely an advanced crochet pattern for adventurous amigurumi makers, but so fun to make! And you can always use the lion dance cape every year, so it’s worth the effort! Happy CNY guys! Detailed pattern with step by step pictures. PATTERN ONLY. ENGLISH ONLY.

MATERIALS
• 3.5 or US E-4 crochet hook
• 2.5mm or 2.75 / US C-2 crochet hook
• Yarn: #4 /Worsted /Aran, 80% cotton 20% Milk Fiber, in off-white, red, yellow, plus a small piece of light peach or light pink for the nose (I use a local shop yarn, an equivalent would be Paintbox Cotton Aran, but keep the 3.5mm hook to obtain tight stitches and avoid the fiberfill to show)

• DMC Cotton Perle N°8 shade 938 (or any thin thread) to embroider the eyebrows
• Fluffy white yarn like the Bernat Pipsqueak Whitey White
