Inspired by one of the oldest families of
flowers on earth, dating back 300 million
years, Greek legend suggests these flowers
were named after Proteus, son of Poseidon.
The wavy textured stitch pattern of this
hat and scarf are not only fun to crochet
and offer a variety of construction styles
and design elements within the stitch
pattern, but most certainly has an oceanic
aesthetic, too.
