This pattern is specific to Brother standard gauge electronic machines that use the Stitch World patterns. It is pattern 251. Other machines can make something similar using tuck patterns that match the gauge. Punchcard suggestions are included. This is a very densely tucked pattern. Look for a design with a lot of tucked stitches for your best chance at matching gauge.
The main yarn is 2 strands of 2/24 acrylic yarn run together. It is important that the yarn be acrylic because it will need to be relaxed with aggressive steaming and only acrylic responds quite as we need it to for this blouse. The trim is Paton’s Stretch Sock yarn. It contains wool, cotton, nylon and elastic which is important to the eventual result. 1 ball is enough. If you must substitute, another #1 sock yarn will probably work but you may need to adjust the stitch size so experiment on your swatch.Gauge after steaming the fabric is 7.5 stitches/14.25 rows/inch.
