These booties can be made for a boy or a girl. You can add a little lacy edge around the top or crochet or embroider a flower to the strap to make them more feminine. There are no buttonholes, only half double crochet that allows the buttons to slide in, so they can be adjusted to fit the baby’s legs.

The sizes are 0-6 mo which measures 4” long by 4” tall, 6-12 mo which measures 4.75” long by 5” tall, and 12-24 mo which measures 5.5” long by 6” tall. It can be made slightly smaller or larger by using a smaller or larger hook than needed to get the gauge.
