Size Small:
Neck -- 11 to 15 inches
Chest -- 15 to 17 inches

Size Medium:
Neck -- 13 to 18 inches
Chest -- 18 to 21 inches

Note: Neck size is determined by how close to the hood your seaming ends when seaming the front of the body closed.
