I have included patterns for straight rings in single and double crochet which can, of course, be made to any size or with any yarn or hook size as long as you like what you’re seeing!
For the ripple pattern, I would recommend a finer yarn and smaller hook so that you can get in as many ripples as possible, otherwise the effect is lost.
This is a great scrap yarn project as it uses up very little. For my ripple version, I barely used 5metres of yarn.
