Putney Shawl

Putney is a triangular shaped shawl. The garter portion of the shawl is knit from side to side. The yarnovers form loops along the edge of the shawl. Then the stitches are picked up for the mesh border and knit downwards.

• catkin, 1 skein

• Size 6 (4 mm): 47” circular (cir) needle
• Yarn needle
