Puzzlewood is perfect for that Monday morning rush. Its quirky and clever take traditional cabling is upside-down reversible which means you don’t have to worry about putting it on the right way! Taking its inspiration from walks through ancient woodlands, it is knitted in the round using worsted-weight yarn.

  • Difficulty Intermediate – knit, purl, cables, knitting in the round and simple finishing.

  • Finished Measurements 24 in / 60 cm circumference and 9 in / 23 cm tall.

  • Yarn Cascade Yarns 220 (100% wool; 220 yds / 201 m / 100g): #2448, 1 skein. Substitute with approximately 220 yds / 201 m of Worsted weight yarn. Yarn amount may vary if using different yarn.

  • Needles and Notions Size 5 mm (US 8) circular needle, 16 in / 40 cm long, or a set of double pointed needles. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Markers, cable needle and tapestry needle.

  • Gauge 18 sts and 22 rnds = 4 in / 10 cm in St stitch using 5 mm (US8) needles - used as a reference only. Each pattern repeat measures 6 in / 15 cm wide, worked using 5 mm (US8) needles.
