Designer Monica Brown lives atop a hill called Queen Anne and was inspired by Victorian feminity when she was designing this close-fitting blouse. The simple stitch pattern is bordered by half double crochet, and the contrasting bib is crocheted separately and then sewn into the body before being finished off with a mandarin-style collar.
