This pattern was inspired by two others, Curly Q Keyhole Knit Scarf by Jean Adel (free on ravelry) and Mandy’s Delight Scarf (free pattern on Lion Brand website). I wanted something FAST and simple, that I could work on while the kids were up without getting lost. And I had less than one skein of the yarn I wanted to use. The beauty of this pattern is that gauge doesn’t matter; it’s very flexible! It can be adapted easily for any desired width.
