These mitts are easy enough for beginners and quick enough for last-minute gifts. They are worked from the finger opening toward the wrist, so you can easily adjust the length. The simple stockinette and ribbing flies off your needles, and showcases colorful yarns - these are great for handspun, too!

The yardage requirement is small, so it’s possible to get two pairs out of many worsted weight skeins, or make a pair from leftovers to match a larger project like a shawl or sweater.
