Here is a sane version of my quilt sock patterns, based on another of my grandmother’s quilts which she is working on now, and will be shown at a quilt show this spring. The yarn has mohair added to give it strength, these will not wear out for a long time. Just in case I double knitted the heel and toe in white, and put in a hourglass heel, which can easily be taken out and replaced if the heel wears out. These are winter socks ment to be worn over another pair of socks and are larger than the other quilt socks.
