Ich habe zuerst an R2D2 gedacht, den kleinen Roboter aus „Krieg der Sterne“. Dieser Loop hat aber die Form eines Torus und ist – mathematisch betrachtet – isomorph zur Quotientengruppe ℝ² ⁄ ℤ².

Es ist ein Loop mit vielen Möglichkeiten - ohne Anfang, ohne Ende - wie ein Ring: Jede Farbe kann man nach außen zeigen lassen oder man faltet ihn so, dass beide Farben - in gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Breite nach außen zeigen.

Die Größe kann beliebig variiert werden.

Für das Modell habe ich pro Farbe 1,5 Knäuel benötigt.
