Oct. 11th Monday Edit: A Low Income FREE code for this pattern has now been set up here and tested by two kind folks--just message me asking for it and I’ll send your way the one-click pattern link with free code built in. Enjoy, everyone. Everyone is loved. Not White Savior Complex, just Buddhist.

A good amount of my time each week is spent volunteering towards racial justice, unity, and working towards equality. I can see how big of a difference even a small contribution can make toward these organizations and communities.

Because of this, receive 75% OFF this pattern (pay $2 rather than $8) if you hold or have ever held a volunteer/paid POSITION with any RACIAL JUSTICE organization;

  • message me privately with proof such as something like, “Here’s my Proof of POSITION: follow this link to see my title listed. (with link)”;
  • then I’ll create a custom one-time-use coupon just for you.

Receive 50% OFF this pattern (pay $4 rather than $8) if you have ever DONATED any amount of your time/money (such as obtaining Membership) to any RACIAL JUSTICE organization;

  • message me privately with proof such as something like, “Here’s my Proof of DONATION: attached is a picture of my Membership card. (with photo)”;
  • then I’ll create a custom one-time-use coupon just for you;
  • note that YES you can literally go donate $1 right now to any RACIAL JUSTICE organization and show it to me to receive this half-off discount.

This RACIAL JUSTICE top 6-page pattern is my first-ever knit yoke stranded colorwork design and first-ever knit intarsia too with the multiple individual strand color twisting in back, so hope my clearly new practicing of float tension doesn’t make you twitch too much, haha.

A working title for this design was ‘Fists and Flames’ over at (and shout-out to) https://reddit.com/r/craftivists.

We start this top-down seamless design at the neckline, complete the Candle chart rows (color grid stitch chart only), complete the Fist chart rows (also color grid stitch chart only), then split for the sleeves which are put on hold as the straight torso (free from shaping) is completed down to the waistline. Then short sleeves are completed seamlessly as well.

This pattern design in US knit terms may not be distributed or sold as your own, but feel free to sell a finished item made from this pattern.
