This asymmetric scarf/shawl is an ideal project for using up all those leftover scraps of yarn. Use a different colour for each bobble stripe or maybe mix the colours on the stripe - let your imagination run wild!
The parchment sample used a rainbow coloured yarn for the bobbles.
With a simple repeating pattern you can make this as individual as you.
Any yarn would be suitable for this - a 4ply would give a delicate finish whereas an Aran or Chunky would make a very cosy shawl.
Gauge is not important as you can make this whatever size you (or your yarn) dictates.
In double knit you will need approx 200g of main shade and 50g of contrast to make the size shown.
