Designer’s Note: This scarf is an updated classic. I have made it extra-long so that it can be wound round and round to keep out even the bitterest chill. Be inventive with your colour choices for the stripes, or use up oddments of yarn. If you only have fine yarns, use two or more strands of different colours to get the correct weight.
