Randle is an amalgamation of two words - “Ravelry Handle”. This sock was knitted purely for my own pleasure, as the purplesocklady. The sample sock was knit in my favourite colour, and one of my favourite workhorse sock yarns.

The stitch pattern is a basic one, and would work well with a variety of yarns, whilst still being interesting enough to keep the knitter’s interest.

These socks are worked from the toe up and feature a hybrid heel with a heel flap. They can be knit 2 at a time, however the pattern only contains instructions for one sock at a time.

I hope you enjoy your socks as much as I enjoy mine.
