This Rattle Ring is a simple knit, it is knitted flat (not in the round) with increases and decreases to shape the ring. Perched on top of the ring is a little knitted bird. Designed by Amanda Berry @fluffandfuzz, the rattle is knitted in acrylic aran/medium weight yarns.

NEEDLES
A pair of 4.5mm single pointed knitting needles (US 7).

RECOMMENDED YARN
Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Aran; medium/worsted weight; 100% acrylic; up to 25g in each shade.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle and toy filling.

SIZES
One size only - 16cm tall.

TECHNIQUES
For confident beginners and above, other techniques used include casting on and off, knits, purls, increases and decreases, and seaming to finish.
