Easy to ready pattern for sizes:
Newborn~ Hat circumference of 13”
3-6Months ~ Hat circumference of 15”
6-12 Months ~ Hat circumference of 17”

This hat has a far amount of stretch to it. My toddler who has a 19” head circumference fit into the 6-12 month size though it was stretched to its max.

Material needed:
Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn
Size I Crochet Hook.
