DESCRIPTION

Create a slouchy beret in the fisherman’s rib stitch pattern, finished off with a pom pom.

This beret is knit flat – back and forth on straight needles and seamed to finish.

You will need 1 x We Are Knitters – The Petite Wool (100g) in the color – Red.

You can substitute with any Bulky/Chunky/12 Ply that matches the needle sizes given below.

Needles –

7 mm (US 10.5) Knitting needles.
8mm (US 11) Knitting needles.
• SKILLS

Level – Easy

This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, P1B (purl one below), working in 1×1 ribbing, plus shaping through increases and decreases.

• SIZING

To fit a regular-sized head (around 22 inches).
Diameter – 10 inches/26 cms.
