Daisy Mercerized Crochet Cotton, Art 65..in 3 colors, size 20, was used in the model--you will need to buy one skein of each color, but this makes several doilies, they are prettiy sets. I used ivort, green and red--doily measures about 13 inches. Size 11 hook was used. Elizabeth Hiddleson

A doily featuring a star center in 13 rounds and roses in 4 rounds. This doily also features a rose stem made with green which ties to one petal and is woven through the doily center and attached to the center star.

The doily is completed with 3 rounds of chain in chain and picots
