This is a pattern for a crocheted cowl with an attached hood written in UK crochet terms .
You make the scarf section first and then add the hood . If you know how to chain and do treble you would be able to make this scoodie as I have photographed the stages . I have not given instructions for the techniques .
You can do both of the joins with a tapestry needle or learn how to do a flat braid join on YouTube for the second join .
Once completed , you pop the cowl over your head onto your neck and put the hood on to go outside . Back inside , you can slip the hood section off again .
