The Shenandoah National Park near my home is full of hiking trails for everyone from novices to experts. Reddish Knob is the reward at the end of one of the hardest—and such a reward it is! From its vantage point you can see all the peaks and valleys of the Virginia mountains.

This cowl is significantly easier to knit than Reddish Knob is to hike! It is worked in the round using two skeins of worsted weight yarn and a medium-complexity knit and purl pattern.
