I wish I could live by the beach… I love looking at the water and the waves, but for now I live in 
a landlocked country. I can only dream about it or knit socks with watercolored yarn with lace details which remind me of waves and coral reef atolls.

ABOUT
This pattern is knitted from the toe up and fits perfectly if you have high instep.The socks are knitted in the round and feature lace panel on the front of the sock.

YARN
Fingering weight 400m/437y in 100g; 75% wool, 25% nylon or your preferred sock wool blend
70-100g depending on the sock size

NEEDLES
2.25 mm / US 1 double pointed needles, circular needle for magic loop method or your favourite sock knitting needles
Sharp needle tips highly recommended.

GAUGE
8 stitches per 2.5 cm /1” in stockinette stitch in the round
