As of May 31, 2020, this pattern is free. Under current circumstances, I’ve decided to no longer charge for any of the Activist Afghan patterns.

All proceeds from the sale will be donated to THE SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER. - Please note: I was going to donate to a different charity (as stated on the pattern), but due to the lack of sales on the panels, I have decided it would be better to combine all the proceeds and donate to a singular organization that fights for all these issues. <3.

This is a knit panel for my “activist afghan.” Each panel will have the proceeds donated to various charities and organizations to help make the world a better place.

Colors needed: White, Black, Grey, Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange
Other materials- scissors, yarn needle, bobbins- LOTS of bobbins

This is my most complicated knit panel so far. I wouldn’t advise this for someone new to color changing.

Please note: This is my original design. There are many art forms that display the Statue of Liberty from a similar angle, but I DID draw this myself. Some one had reported this piece, and I discussed it with Ravelry staff, and was the give the go-ahead to republish on 4/25/17.

This, and my other knit panel patterns, are blocks for an afghan. They are being sold separately due to the fact that each panel has the proceeds being donated to different charitable organizations. However, because they do go together to make a finish item, they are not disqualified from posting for being “stand-alone charts.”
