At the moment, my little one is obsessed with farm animals. His latest fancy were roosters (which he very cutely calls “doodoos” referring to their cocka-doodle-doo noise), so I have decided to make him one. He is so obsessed that he has been carrying his rooster all over the house and often gives me rooster kisses. If you also know of a toddler obsessed with roosters, or you are missing one for your farm set, this pattern is for you!

Materials

• DK or 8ply yarn in main colour (MC) and contrasting colours (CC1, CC2 and CC3)
• 3.75 (F) crochet hook
• Stitch marker, tapestry needle and scissors
• Polyfill

Optional: 2x 7.5mm safety eyes (not meant for children under 3 y.o.)
