A plush teddy bear is perfect for every child on your Christmas list. This pattern was designed to raise money for Hurricane Sandy Relief and is also part of the relief effort as well. Make one for a child and send it in to be distributed to children who have lost most of their toys during Super Storm Sandy.

The yarn used is a lush superwash merino hand dyed by the wonderfully talented Fiberists from Northern VA and is sold in their etsy shop and Fiber Space.

This pattern also requires 2 safety eyes, To make for little children please use felt eyes to avoid the choking hazard!

Bears are being collected for Children who have lost so much through Superstorm Sandy. Please send me a personal message for the address where it can be sent.

Proceeds from this pattern go 100% to Hurricane Sandy Relief with World Vision being the charity chosen by the designer.
