Size
The size of the scarf is up to you. It’s basically a knit-until-you-run-out-of-yarn type of deal. Just remember that more length adds more weight, so if you’re going for super long, adjust the weight of the yarn accordingly. The suggested yarns and lengths should yield a scarf of about 1.7 meters in length, weighing about 500 grams.

Edges
The pattern calls for Bjorn from Skeino’s method to get perfect edges. You can find his tutorial here: https://youtu.be/dEZzOf9OMeg. The pattern explains this method as well. Obviously, you can substitute those stitches with your preferred edge stitch.

Intarsia
There are tons of instructional videos on intarsia on YouTube, but I mainly used this one by Bonnie Dean: https://youtu.be/E1A73VZtlHk and this one from YarnSub: https://youtu.be/7LuAvY0qbmg.

Cables
I got my inspiration for the reversible cables from YouTube, specifically this video: https://youtu.be/iLuHVSYzYn4 by Tuula Maaria.

Colors
The specific colors used here are 08 Marine, 15 Mustard Yellow and 20 Grey.

The coloring of this scarf can of course be altered completely to your tastes.

Yarn management
The pattern uses 11 separate balls of yarn, which can make everything quite unruly. I got the best tips on how to deal with all this from this thread on Knitting Paradise: https://www.knittingparadise.com/t-420464-1.html and from the aforementioned video by Bonnie Dean (https://youtu.be/E1A73VZtlHk).

The pattern explains the way I managed these 11 strands, using the pictures shown

I hope you enjoy this pattern as much as I did and if you have any questions or remarks, don’t hesitate to contact me :)
