This gorgeous crocheted cabled scarf is must have for any wardrobe. This scarf features 3 cables on one side and 4 on the reverse side so there is no ugly side. The 3rd picture of the scarf, shown on the wire form, shows both sides of the scarf. The pattern calls for 2 balls of Lion Brand Fisherman’s Wool which makes a nice thick, rugged scarf, but you can make a beautiful ladies scarf simply by switching to a lighter weight yarn. The 6th photo down shows what the scarf would look like if it was made up using 2 balls of Patons Lace.

This detailed crochet pattern is clear and easy to understand and is complete with illustrations and a stitch guide. The pattern calls for the following techniques and stitches: front post double crochet, front post treble crochet, and back post double crochet.
