The Riavat Hat is work in the round bottom-up in one piece. You can use US 3 circular needle 40 cm/16” long or set double-pointed needles or 80 cm/32” circular needle and magic loop of your choice.
This is pattern - transformer. You can made four different hats alternating different versions of the crown and the brim. The brim work stockinette stitch and then turns inside out. From this it follows that the lace on the double brim is also work to the wrong side.

For Russian version pattern includes only charts and construction note.
