Ribbed Eyelet Doll Hat for 18 inch doll

This is a stretchy ribbed hat with added eyelets. Knit in the round on dpn’s, it’s super easy to knit (knits, purls and one row of yarn overs!) and is a quick knit!

It was knit for my daughter’s Maplelea Girl doll, which is the Canadian equivalent of an American Girl doll. The hat should also fit most other 18” dolls, including American Girl, Our Generation, Journey Girl, etc.

It would look really cute knitted in a single colour with a contrast ribbon woven through the eyelets! Or maybe a little knit flower clipped on! Or both!
