this is a quick, easy neck warmer.

It was specifically designed to function as a mate to the Phannie hat.
It incorporates a number of the same attributes (ridges, increasing stitches between) and, should you have 200g of yarn in a worsted weight, you should be able to make both, with about 20g left over. :)
