This pattern is for a ribbed headband, with a ribbon, and silk flower, perfect for Easter, or a quick gift!
I know it’s hard to believe that this fits such a wide range, but the ribbing helps with stretch, and I tried the headband on myself, and each of my unwilling boys, and it fit!!
This is very easy, knits up quick, and is ideal for a beginner, wanting to learn to knit in the round! Skills needed are:
Knitting in the round, purl, YO, P2tog.
Supplies Needed:
19 Yards of Worsted Weight cotton yarn
Size 7 (4.5 mm), 16” Circular Needles
5/8” Ribbon, about 1 yard (or thinner, if desired)
1 Silk Flower, 2 1/2”, with pin (buyer’s guide included)
