Simple mittens made very fancy by using the Estonian Roositud inlay technique -- a quick method that is the simplest colourwork technique that you’ll ever learn. If you can knit Stockinette in the round and wrap stitches, you can make these mittens!

In addtion to the 223 yards of Main Colour yarn, three different Contrast Colour yarns 15 yards long (each) will be required. This may be more than enough yarn to successfully complete the inlay, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Regardless, it’s a great way to use up leftover yarn bits!
