The Ribbons and Chrysanthemums Hat is knit in the round and can be worn reversibly. The right side resembles twisted ribbons trailing down from a Chrysanthemum flower at the crown. The wrong side when viewed from the top resembles a chrysanthemum with textured overlapping petals running down the sides.I highly recommend knitting this hat in wool or another fiber with good stitch definition. It can be knit as a beanie for a classic and very feminine look or with more slouch for a more casual aesthetic.
