What am I missing?
Rice Pudding
Note: The errata link is for the magazine copy only. The PDF version is correct (and has slightly different sizing to the magazine to match up with the sizing I use in my line of patterns).
This yarn is beautifully soft against your skin, so it’s absolutely perfect for keeping babies nice and warm, and the textured stitches make it even warmer
Shown in 6 month size, on Tilly who is 7 months old.
Chest sizes: 19 (21, 22, 22.5, 23)”
Sleeves are worked in the round, body is knit flat but is one piece. Pieces are joined at yoke and worked flat. Buttonband is picked up on each side and worked in garter stitch.
About yardage:
Mathematically it should be possible to knit the largest size with 2 skeins of yarn. However it’s a close call and to avoid disappointment you may wish to purchase an insurance skein. Alternatively you could work button bands and neck band in a contrasting colour. Also please wash and block a swatch so you know if the body will grow in length and you can then work it shorter if necessary.
