This round-neck cardigan by Lisa Richardson has a simple pattern of eyelets on the body and sleeves, and is finished with a frilled collar. This is knitted separately, in stocking stitch with a garter stitch edging, then is joined to the live stitches around the neckband. The project uses Rowan’s new yarn, Cotton Trio, which combines cotton with a touch of wool and alpaca and gives a cool, soft fabric with a distinctive handle. The colour palette includes earthy tones and vivid brights.
