A nice snuggly shawl that whips up in a jiffy, choose your favourite colours and make it your own…
This pattern is for a triangular shawl worked in rows from the top down.
Some special stitches are used but photo tutorials are included.
550 yards of DK yarn.
I used Stylecraft Special DK for mine and used a light steam blocking to set the size and shaping:
Yarn A: Copper (1029)
Yarn B: Parchment (1218)
Yarn C: Claret (1123)
Yarn D: Camel (1420)
Yarn E: Midnight (1011)
But you can use most DK weight yarns for this pattern.
3.5mm (E USA)
150 x 60 cm (60 x 24”)
Or dependant on yarn used
Gauge is not critical for this pattern, but after blocking:
4 rice stitches by 7 rows over 10cm (4”) in rice stitch pattern
- A full written pattern with clear instructions
- Photo tutorials for special stitches and techniques
