A lightweight and whimsical cardigan with unusual details.

PATTERN NOTES:

This sweater is a top down, raglan shaped cardigan worked back and forth in stockinette stitch. 1—2” of positive ease is recommended.

Cuffs and collar are hemmed, mimicked in the decorative welts down the front center opening, which include an optional second color. Waist shaping and back pleat create a flattering A-line to the lower body.

Suitable for an intermediate knitter. Includes written instructions and schematic.

Yarn:
Shalimar Yarns Breathless (75% Superwash Merino, 15% Cashmere, 10% Silk); 420 yds/384 m per 4 oz / 110g skein).
3 (3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 4), (5, 5, 5, 5, 6, 6) skeins ’Glacier’
1 skein in contrasting color, if desired (shown in ‘Gunmetal’)
