This hat is named after the ski slopes at Mt Ripley. It’s fun to watch the skiers wind down the hill right in the middle of town.

This hat is designed for a medium to large adult head. There is a lot of stretch in this hat so it should fit most heads comfortably.

MATERIALS
Yarn: Aran (heavy worsted) weight yarn, approx. 150 yds.

  • Sample made from Camelot Dyeworks Pendragon in the color burgundy

Needles:
Ripley was designed to be knit on 2 circular needles but could also be knit with one 16” circular, switching to double points when it gets too small.

  • (2) 24” circular needles size US 10 / 6mm or size needed to obtain gauge

Notions: cable needle, tapestry needle for weaving ends.
