Notes
You will begin with the back panel and then continue with the front panel, leaving an opening for the neckhole. It is all worked as one piece. At the end of the front panel, you will add ruffles and then return to the back panel to add ruffles there as well. You will complete the project by adding cuffs to the sleeves and finishing with a cowl neck.
For a longer sweater add rows on the “Ruffles”
Ch 2 doesn’t count as a stitch.
Odd numbered rows are the RS.
