The Risotto anyone cowl is knitted in the round with a bulky yarn, assuring maximum coziness. Two stockinette edges, the middle body features a very cool risotto stitch pattern.
It’s an addictive stitch and wonderfully easy to memorize. I knitted mine with just one Ultimate yarn cake, the perfect yarn for it.
